Effective February 3, 2014 we will have a new location for our Southfield office!
Our Livonia location and Novi location remain the same. All phone and fax numbers will remain the same for all three locations. All patients scheduled for an appointment in our Southfield location will need to go to:

This new location is just North of the Telegraph – 12 mile intersection on the West side of Telegraph (Southbound), Just north of the Big Comerica Bank building & next to a mini-cooper dealership. We are located in the Farmbrook Medical building complex (in front of the old Farmbrook Surgery center). You will be able to see the red roof of the building from Telegraph. We will be in Suite 100 along with Franklin Medical Consultants. Parking is available in both the front and back of the building.
