Congratulations to Mozen Foot Healthcare Associates for becoming the FIRST Podiatry Practice in Michigan to accomplish the feat of becoming Patient Centered Specialist Designated (Patient Centered Medical Home neighborhood) Provider by The Physician Alliance.
The Physician Alliance will also be modeling the PCMHn model for BCBS so that they can adopt the policies and standards from The Physician Alliance.
